Meet the Team

Sonia currently serves as Director of College Counseling at St. Luke's School (CT). Over her 40 years working in education, Sonia has been an English teacher, coach, resident advisor, undergraduate and graduate admission officer, dean of students, and college counselor. To Sonia, college counseling doesn't feel like a job. It isn't work. To her, there is nothing better than getting to hear students' stories. She doesn't have social media because what her students tell her is much more interesting than anything anyone can post. This program makes students think deeply about themselves and allows them to present themselves authentically, which is so much better than being packaged. They are not a product. They are people.

Kelley is in her 30th year of independent school work, and is currently in her seventh year of college counseling as the Associate Director at Berkshire School. She taught English for ten years at Taft (10th, 11th and 12th) while also wearing a myriad of other hats: coaching field hockey and ice hockey, dorm parent, advisor. She has been at Berkshire for 20 years working in a variety of contexts but primarily teaching English (9th and 12th including AP Lit), tenth grade Form Dean for seven years, coaching ice hockey and field hockey, dorm duty as well as advising students. She loves her role as working one on one with a student and their family allows her to gain an understanding of appropriate fit based on how they have thrived at Berkshire and what they are looking for on their next campus. It is an individually based process and seeing it unfold is so exciting and definitely different for each kid. She also has a depth of experience working with prospective college bound recruited athletes and the NCAA.

Keeley currently serves as Director of College Counseling at the Winchendon School. Keeley has enjoyed 24 summers at The Wolfeboro Camp School and has been a part of the Winchendon School community for almost thirty years, with ten of those years spent in the College Counseling Department. At Winchendon, Keeley works closely with students as they navigate the college search and application process. In her role, Keeley helps students identify colleges that align with their interests, talents, and long-term goals. She believes college counseling is not just about finding the right academic fit, but also about fostering personal growth, self-reflection, and empowerment throughout the process. Her approach is student-centered, and she is committed to providing compassionate guidance while supporting each student’s unique journey.

Bobbi currently serves as Community Liaison at Tilton School. A career independent school leader, she has spent the last 10 years directing admission/enrollment offices in New England. Bobbi also has a background in guiding and advising students through the college admission process at independent schools and running her own consulting firm in Fairfield County, Connecticut for four years. Student-centered in all of her work, Bobbi most enjoys working with students on designing and executing personal statements that align with their values and experiences.
