Rowing at Wolfeboro

For beginning and experienced rowers, this optional program provides close instruction, coaching, and guidance from one of rowing’s established mentors, Dale Hurley, Director of Rowing at Phillips Andover.  Coach Hurley has taught and coached at the school and college level including Wolfeboro, Blair Academy, the Naval Academy, and currently at Phillips Andover.  Be ready to join a crew program, a new school, or your local rowing club!

Rowing sessions take place six mornings per week prior to classes, on beautiful Rust Pond.  Instruction will include technique, strength, and etiquette.  Daily objectives for the beginner include basic competency and confidence.  The experienced rower will elevate skills, power and advanced technique. The program will include a simulated race day.

Whether you are a novice or competing for a seat in the varsity boat, this program is perfect for you.

Cost
