Your Average Day at Sculling Camp:

6:30 -8:30 - Practice #1: Athletes are divided into two groups: Group A, which focuses on rowing technique on the water, and Group B, which will be land training. Groups are carefully crafted based on each athlete's experience level, allowing our coaches to personalize the drills and training to meet the specific needs of every athlete.

8:30 - 9:00 - Breakfast

9:00 – 11:00 - Practice #2: Groups A and B switch location and practice in designated areas

11:00 – 12:00 - Class instruction, topics include: nutrition, sleep, teamwork, balancing athletics and academics and more!

12:00 – 12:30 - Lunch

12:30 – 1:45 - Free-time – students have time to play games in campsite, rest, or go down for a swim on the waterfront

2:00 – 5:00 - Afternoon practice: a rotating circuit of a cross-fit workout and an erg workout or some individual on the water training

5:00 – 6:00 - Dinner

6:00 – 7:00 - Team Program – focus is on building teamwork and developing leadership skills

7:00 – 9:00 - Evening wind down: Athletes are allowed to have their phones back and return to their tents. Lights out by 9:30pm
