Main Session and Middle School Boost

Arrival Day: July 1

• Arrival by Car: Please arrive between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm
• Arrival by Plane: Please schedule your flights to land at Boston (BOS) or Manchester (MHT) between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm.

• Departure by Car: Please plan to pick your child up on campus between 8:00 am  and 11:00 am.
• Departure by Plane: Please schedule your flights to depart from Boston (BOS) or Manchester (MHT) between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.

• Departure by Car: Please plan to pick your child up on campus between 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm.

Foundations Cohort

Arrival Day: July 15

• Arrival by Car: Please arrive between 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm.

Departure Day: July 29

• Departure by Car: Please arrive between 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm.

For students traveling by themselves via airplane, Wolfeboro faculty will chaperone students to and from the following airports on July 1 and August 5:

·   Manchester Regional Airport (MHT), Manchester, NH

·   Logan International Airport (BOS), Boston, MA

 Wednesday, July 1:  Please schedule flights to arrive between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM.  

 Wednesday, August 5:  Departing flights should be scheduled between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

 Note:  The departure date for students participating in our Middle School Boost program is July 22.  Wolfeboro does not provide departure transportation on this day.  Parents must make arrangements for pick up.

 There is a flat charge of $125 for transportation each way to and from Boston and Manchester airports on Arrival and Departure Days.  The Student Expense Account will be charged.

A good word of thumb is to make sure you don't overpack. Part of our routines are daily tent checks, so the more stuff you have, the more challenging it is to keep your space tidy!

If you want to ship your luggage to WCS, please follow the instructions below:

For students traveling by air, please ship luggage two weeks before the Arrival Date to:  Wolfeboro Camp School, 93 Camp School Road, Wolfeboro, NH 03894.  DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX 390.   FedEx and United Parcel Service (UPS) deliver directly to the School each day.  Trunks may be shipped by UPS, but there are some restrictions.  Check with your local UPS office.

Forms to complete on FACTS: District code is WC-NH. Click “Create Account”. Please make sure you use the email that you used for your Finalsite Enrollment family portal.

  • Click the “Magnus” logo to create your account and upload student medical information. Your verification information must match the information you have entered for FACTS.

Toward the end of May, you will hear from our Head of School as we confirm courses and primary goals. Our Academic Dean will then reach out with a first draft of the Goals Document. From there, you will go back and forth with our team until you feel the Goals Document accurately captures your child.

Students turn their cell phones in when they arrive the first day. This time without their phone will allow them to be fully present as they get settled in a new space and within the community.

Main Session and Middle School Boost students will have access to their device for the first time on Tuesday, July 7. They will have 30 minutes of screen time Monday-Saturday during their morning free periods. 

Foundations Cohort students will have access to their device for the first time on Saturday, July 18. They will have 30 minutes of screen time Monday-Saturday during their morning free periods. 

Our Instagram and Flickr pages are updated daily throughout the session.

In addition, you can always send your child an email at school@wolfeboro.org. We will print emails out and deliver them before dinner each day.

Students will not have access to their phones for the first six days so they can be fully present in their new space and community. We have a ton of fun activities planned – Grit N’ Wit, Casino Night, Mini Golf, a campus challenge - to name a few, so they will be busy and connected. Starting on Tuesday, July 7th, students will have 30 minutes of phone access Monday through Saturday during their morning free period. This will be a set time each day so it will be predictable for you and your family. 

You will find a lot of updates on our Instagram page as well as our Flickr account. Feel free to bookmark these pages for the summer so you can stay up-to-date with what we're up to with daily photos and videos.  

Finally, you are always welcome to send your child an email at school@wolfeboro.org, and we will print it out and deliver it to them. They can also write a letter back, and we will scan it and send it your way. If you would like to send a letter or a package, please address it to your child, c/o Wolfeboro Camp School, and follow the instructions below:

• For items sent through FedEx/UPS: Mail to 93 Camp School Road, Wolfeboro, NH 03894

As we get closer to Opening Day, we will share more information on who to contact with specifics questions or concerns (academic, social, medical, etc.). 

Students will sign up for afternoon activities once they are on campus. We offer a wide range of activities each day including court sports (tennis, basketball, and volleyball), open art, board games, waterfront (swimming, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding), field sports (soccer, baseball, lacrosse, kickball, gaga), ping-pong, weight room, and more. Students will pick new activities every few days so that they can really home in on making the most of our campus and their experience.

Families that signed up for some of the add-on programs - golf, tennis, crew, CPR, climbing, or maker space - received emails in mid-June asking them to confirm their child's participation in those additional programs. Interest in those activities was indicated on your WCS application.
